In 2011, we conducted a test at the Aomori Prefectural Pharmacists Association Hygiene Inspection Center.
Purified water was added to three types of free cups of glass, porcelain, and Kanayama ware, and left at 25°C for 24 hours (under the same conditions).
It was found that iron and calcium were generated in the water of Tsugaru Kanayama yaki (baking).

Just pump tap water overnight, and it has a reputation for being delicious.
It is also delicious if you use this water to cook rice or make coffee.

【Handling method】

【2011年に青森県薬剤師会衛生検査センターにて試験をしました。
ガラス・磁器・金山焼の3種類のフリーカップに精製水をいれ、25℃で24時間放置（同条件）で試験を行ったところ
津軽金山焼（焼き締め）の水に鉄分・カルシウムが発生していることがわかりました。】

水道水を一晩汲み置くだけで、おいしいと評判です。
試験をしたところ鉄分・カルシウムのある水に変化していました。
このお水を使ってご飯を炊いたり珈琲を入れたりしても美味しいですよ。
